SHIPPING & RETURNS

Products are shipped regularly within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.

Generally, orders are delivered within 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding international orders.

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking the "View my order" link You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: Tracking details will be available approximately 4 days after shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second one notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Please monitor your order tracking, as your package could be held at the post office even if you did not receive a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Good to know: The post office will keep your package for 15 days; after that period, it will be returned to the sender, and you will then be required to pay a fee to have your order shipped again. 

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
