REFUND POLICY
Preamble:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be, preferably, in the original packaging.
The previously stated eligibility will differ if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package; in that case, please follow the procedure described in the section on exchanges (below)
Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of time.
Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the "Contact us" page.
Section 3 - Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the "Contact us" page.
In this email, please include your order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items), and send your item to the address indicated on the packaging of your parcel.
Section 5 - Shipping:
To return your product, you must contact us on the "Contact us" page
Customer address
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (10 to 15 business days)
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
