Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our orders are processed automatically as soon as they’re confirmed to guarantee ultra-fast shipping. As a result, unfortunately we can’t modify an order that’s already being processed. If there’s an issue, contact us quickly at contact@smileaddict.co and we'll do our very best 💪

What are your delivery times?
The orders are shipped within 24-48h — because we know you can't wait! 😄 In mainland France, allow 2 to 4 business days. For Europe and international, between 5 and 10 days according to your destination.

Begin by checking your mailbox and the nearest pickup point. Then, contact the carrier directly (Colissimo, Chronopost) using your tracking number — most cases are resolved quickly with them. In this case, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. — contact them directly so they can open an investigation. No dispute can be opened with Smile Addict for an order marked as delivered. 📦
Are your products safe?
100% yes! All our products are formulated with the technology PAP+ — peroxide-free, free from harsh agents, tested and approved. You can smile with complete peace of mind ✨
Is the PAP+ formula safe for enamel?
Absolutely. Our technology PAP+ whitens without peroxide, without damaging enamel, and without sensitivity. Because a beautiful smile should never hurt 💪
Are the products natural, vegan, and cruelty-free?

Is it suitable for sensitive teeth?

How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the product — but one thing is certain: it works! 🤩 The Whitening strips and the V34 serum deliver visible results from the very first use. How do I use whitening strips?
Ultra simple: apply them to clean, dry teeth, leave on for the indicated time, then gently remove them and rinse with clean water. 💡 Tip: avoid coffee, tea, or soda during 1 hour after application for maximum results.
What is the difference between the mousse and the serum?
The whitening foam used like a daily toothpaste to maintain whiteness day by day. The V34 serum is a treatment for express whitening — it works quickly to correct tooth shade and restore radiance in record time. Both together? The winning combo ✨
How many times a week should the products be used?
For an intensive treatment: 5 to 7 consecutive days. For care: 2 to 3 times a week are enough to keep your smile radiant all year round.
Can you combine several Smile Addict products?
Not only can you, we highly recommend it! 🌟 For example: whitening strips + foam in the morning, serum in the evening. It's the ideal routine for long-lasting radiance.
Should certain foods be avoided during the treatment?
During the 7-day treatment, limit foods and drinks that stain heavily: coffee, tea, curry, red wine, soy sauce. Rinsing with clean water after each meal helps preserve whiteness. After the treatment, you can go back to your normal routine 😄
What is your refund policy?
We only refund products received damaged or defective — because you deserve to receive your products in perfect condition. If this is the case for you, send us product photos to contact@smileaddict.co in the 48h following receipt, and we'll sort it out quickly 💌
Can I return an unopened product?
For hygiene reasons, only products unopened can be returned within 7 days after receipt. More info on our page Delivery & Returns.

How does the Smile Addict subscription work?

You choose your product and your frequency (every 30 or 60 days). Your order arrives automatically at your home, without you having to think about it. The 15% discount is activated from the 1st renewal and remains yours thereafter. And from your 2nd renewal onward, a little surprise gift slips into your parcel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time and at no cost, directly from your customer account.

When am I charged?

You’ll receive an email 7 days before each renewal with the exact amount and date. You can pause or cancel before this charge, or write to us to adjust your order.

Can I pause it?

Yes, you can pause your subscription (1 or 2 months) directly from your customer account.

How do I change my delivery frequency or products?

Write to us at contact@smileaddict.co, specifying what you want (frequency, flavour, or product), and we'll adjust your subscription for you within 24 business hours.

A payment failed—what should I do?
